Mummy's Broth - Ostrich Bone Broth with Blue Spirulina
Ostrich bones, slowly simmered for 24 hours and garnished with less than 1% broccoli and blue spirulina. The broccoli was added 12 hours into the simmer whilst the Spirulina at the very end.
